Is my 22″ Vizio TV dead?

i had recently recieved a portable Dvd Player and was attempting to hook it up with my Vizio. The DVD player did not include the proper Video and audio cables and i was unsucessful in finding the correct ones around my house. I then saw what looked like a USB port on the back of my TV and tried to see if the DVD player’s usb cord would fit. Then my tv shut off and will not turn back on. the DVD player wasn’t even connected to the wire when i plugged it in yet somehow my TV broke.
